Users
We have designated a single point of contact for users for the purposes of the DSA: email us at retouchpics.support@bytedance.com with queries related to the DSA. Please ensure you clearly indicate that your request is related to the DSA by adding "DSA" to email subject.
Authorities
We have designated a single point of contact for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services for the purposes of the DSA: email our legal representative at dsa@edsr.eu.

• For Member States' authorities, seeking to submit an order directing Hypic to act against illegal content, please contact our legal representative at dsa@edsr.eu. Please ensure all requests meet the requirements of Article 9(2) of the DSA.
• For Member States’ authorities, seeking to submit an order to provide information, please contact our legal representative at dsa@edsr.eu. Please ensure all requests meet the requirements of Article 10(2) of the DSA.

Please ensure that all requests are made in English (or, at a minimum, an English translation is provided) and that you clearly indicate that your request is related to the DSA by adding "DSA" to email subject.

2. Legal representative

Pursuant to Article 13 of the DSA, we have appointed EDSR Ireland Limited as our legal representative. Member States' competent authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can address their queries related to the DSA:

3. Reporting illegal content

To report suspected illegal content on Hypic, email us at retouchpics.support@bytedance.com.
To help us properly review your report and assess whether the content is illegal, the following information must be provided as part of the report:

• Reporter: We ask you to provide your name and email address, except in case you want to report an issue related to child sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Location of content: We ask you to clearly indicate the exact electronic location of the reported content, such as the exact URL or URLs and any additional information that may help us to identify the reported content.
• Country: You must indicate the country where you think the content is illegal. This should be one of the EEA countries.
• Relevant law (optional): While not required, if you are able to do so, we ask you to provide details of the law that you think the content violates. We ask that you be as specific as possible to allow us to properly assess your report.
• Reasons: We ask you to clearly explain why you think the content violates the law. Again, we ask that you be as specific as possible to allow us to properly assess your report.
• Confirmation: It is necessary that you included in your report the following statement "I confirm my belief that the content of this report is true, accurate and complete".

*Reporting content as illegal may have serious consequences. When you report content as illegal, you must be specific and provide supporting evidence to allow us to make an informed decision. If the report does not contain enough information for Hypic to clearly assess whether the content is illegal, we will reject the report.
